A deep ruby red wine produced in the vineyards of Trebbiano
Toscano and Malvasia del Chianti. It is full bodied, dry and
its taste is intense, persistant and has the delicate taste
of violets.
900,000 bottle are produced and are left to mature for a period
of 8 to 14 months.
Recommended as an accompaniment to
red meats and cheeses. |
