This wine has an intense green/gold colour and a perfume of complex chardonnay fruit, oak and cashew. The palate is full flavoured and tight with a very persistent finish. Barrel fermentation and extended lees contact exclusively in French oak ensures this wine's complexity and a long living evolution.
