Cormons - Moscato Rosa Dolce Spumante
Great desert wine, excellent with crunchy deserts and dry pastries. It is pleasantly surprising if paired with mature cheeses but it is ideal with fruit deserts and fruit salads. It should be served at 6-8C, in a wide coupe.
